The construction works of the Yuvileyny Residential Complex on Myru Street in Mykolaivka continues at an active pace. Notably, the Sloviansk TPP, the company's main structural unit, is located in Mykolaivka.

The first house already has a 4th-floor flooring slab concreted. The contractor started the roof arrangement. This means that by autumn, the first house will have a roof, glazed window areas and facade finish, as well as the interior decoration of common areas.

The foundation slab of the 1st section of the 5th building is being reinforced, concrete bedding of the 2nd section is being arranged, soil of the 3rd section is being replaced and compacted. This house has an underground parking lot for the convenience of its residents.

Yuvileyny Residential Complex will include five four-storey buildings, with 198 apartments each. The complex will also have infrastructure facilities. Business premises such as stores, offices and customer service centers will occupy the first floor of buildings. There will be children's playgrounds, recreation areas for adults and children, sports grounds within the living quarters space. Landscaping is envisaged too.

All apartments in the new houses will have convenient layouts, enabling owners to orchestrate their living space in an effective manner.

As confirmed by Natalia Veklych, Head of Sales Department at Yuvileinyi Residential Complex, even today you can buy apartments of the complex, including by means of up to 36 month installments.

"From morning to evening, the construction site is bustling with work. We are not even single day behind the approved construction schedule. 30 specialists or so are hard at their daily activities," said N. Veklych.

House No. 1 is due to be commissioned as planned in Q1 2021.
