Donbasenergo has adopted its Quality Policy. General Director Eduard Bondarenko signed a respective order on 10 March. Declaration of the Company's mission, principles and commitments in the field of quality management is a pre-requisite for the certification of the created management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. This standard regulates both the quality of production and management processes, and the quality of the product – electricity and heat.
The Company started the implementation of the quality management system (QMS) in 2016 – all the necessary processes were simultaneously launched at Slavianskaya TPP, Starobeshevskaya TPP and at the central management level. Certification of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 will enable Donbasenergo
to ensure transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of each of the production and management process, making the production process controlled and predictable, eliminating waste of resources, particularly time and human resources, for ineffective processes and for covering of costs, will allow the Company to raise its attractiveness to potential investors and partners.
The Quality Policy describes the strategy and commitments of Donbasenergo as a business entity, a producer, an employer – a responsible operator of the national economy that focuses on efficiency and good results. In addition, the Policy stipulates for personal responsibility of top management and participation of every employee in ensuring efficient operation of QMS and Donbasenergo's performance results.
