Year 2020, a year that marks the 90th anniversary of Donbasenergo, is drawing to a close. Just before we greet the New Year, we would like to look back at our wins, some of the events that keyed the past year, and those that will undoubtedly play a defining role in 2021.
Sloviansk TPP has operated at its peak in the anniversary year. Electricity generation this year exceeded 3 billion kWh.
The plant team managed to bring the share of Ukrainian coal belonging to the gas group to 70%. We receive this resource from Mine No. 1-3 'Novogrodiska', the partner we trust. Since they began working with Donbasenergo, the miners from that coal mine have yielded their one-millionth ton of coal by the shortest amount of time possible - 11 months.
Every month, Donbasenergo met its tax, duties and other mandatory payments obligations in full and on time. The company's 2020 deductions to all-level budgets are expected to exceed UAH 110,000,000 in 2020.
The DE Trading team, a leader in Ukraine's electricity trading market, has reached almost 7 billion kWh of sales in all market segments this year. DE Trading is now in trading with 52 domestic contractors and export-import trade relations with 6 contractors of the European Union with regard to the purchase and sale of electrical energy.
In 2020, the company's success, performance and appropriate level of management systems in compliance with international ISO standards were proven following an integrated audit of quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection systems. Donbasenergo was awarded certificates of conformity with ISO 9001, IS0 45001 and IS0 14001 standards for the management systems it had implemented.
We have again proved that our company is among the leaders in Ukraine in adopting eco technologies in its production operations. In November, Donbasenergo was honored with an ECO Oscar, the Ecotransformation 2020 green change stakeholder award. The win for the company came from a unique product, the construction insulating fireproofing mixture Perlizol, developed by Donbasenergospetsremont.
Sloviansk TPP has successfully rolled out a unified automated system to manage its main production assets, Smart EAM. All maintenance and repair management processes are automated now, and every item of equipment is integrated into a single information system, from repair campaign planning to procurements.
