This is not the first visit of this dedicated group to thermal power plants of the country - in the course of the year experts have been cooperating with the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, analysing the work of the industry's enterprises. Before the visit, special information inquiry forms were sent to Donbassenergo requesting to provide information about the operating equipment and technological processes of Slavianskaya TPP. Operational and Technical Division noted that all the necessary data have been collected and provided to the US side. Although the company understands that it is not easy to attract foreign investors, yet they call such visits significant and necessary.

"Certainly, a positive aspect is that the experts do not study the situation on paper only, but rather visit the enterprise. Firstly, we have the opportunity to show what we are already doing, and to describe what else needs to be performed. Secondly, the experts can see how people work, can communicate with power engineers and learn our ideas. Finally, the wider the range of specialists, to various extent influencing the decision-making on the financing, is aware of our projects, the better it is for us. Any of the many meetings that we hold could bring the desired result," underlined Viktor Ruppa, Technical Director of Donbassenergo.
